Colonial Villa Santa Rosa, was built at the beginning of the 1800’s. In 1980 when I got there, it was in a shocking state: the roof had gone and water was coming in. It was a large Finca or farm. It even had its own chapel.
It was just before a storm was about to break and I had to stop painting it pretty quickly as it became huge.
